D&I Training Simulations
(Diversity & Inclusion)
(Diversity & Inclusion)
These projects are used by big companies as training guides mostly for teaching about Diversity & Inclusion. In my time working with these projects, I have had experience developing for both PC and VR (Quest) platforms.
These are my most recent projects and the start of my career shift from an artist to a developer. I started out doing normal artist tasks (animation, creating characters and environments) and slowly started learning and incorporating development techniques into my skillset. This allowed me to work even deeper within the project which after months of hard work eventually led me to handle whole projects on my own.
A few example tasks I handle are:
creating assets
creating workflows and systems
creating and debugging scripts
... and more!
I have had the opportunity to test out Unreal's Metahumans. Here is one of the sample characters' head attached to a custom body I imported and animated. In this video I was mainly focused on testing the facial tracking / lipsyncing capabilities of Metahuman using ARKit and an iPad Pro.
Here I am testing out different UI styles when interacting with characters. My motion graphic skillsets I've learned in TV production have come in handy!
An environment I created for one of my projects. This is based on a real-life studio which I had to recreate in 3D.
Experimenting with Unity Timeline and prototyping a mechanic for making choices, similar to the game 'Life is Strange'.
Here is another prototype where a client wanted to create a simulation for care givers and how to deal with basic medical tasks (i.e. washing hands, preparing gear) during a pandemic.
